Privacy policy
The short version: this website does not collect anything about you. No accounts, no forms, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking of any kind.
Who is responsible
This website is published by the management of Flamenca Beach Centro Comercial, Calle Niágara 63, Playa Flamenca, 03189 Orihuela Costa, Alicante, Spain.
You can reach us at flamencabeachcc@gmail.com.
What we collect
Almost nothing. There is no newsletter signup, no login, no comment section and no shopping basket. We do not ask you to identify yourself to read anything on this site.
The one exception is the suggestions form on the contact page. If you choose to use it, we receive what you typed, and your name and email address if you chose to give them. Both are optional: you can send a suggestion anonymously, and it will be read either way.
We do not use analytics software. We do not know how many people visit, which pages they read or where they came from.
There are no advertising pixels and no social media tracking scripts. Every image, font and script on this site is served from the site itself.
There is one piece of third party content on the whole site: a Google map on the contact page. It does not load unless you press the button that says so. Until you press it, nothing is requested from Google and Google is not told you are here. If you do press it, your IP address and browser details go to Google and they may set cookies, under their privacy policy. The address is written out in text on that page as well, so you never need to load it.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own, and nothing at all is set unless you choose to load the map described above. There is nothing to consent to on arrival and no banner to dismiss. See the cookie policy for detail.
If you email us, or send a suggestion
If you write to flamencabeachcc@gmail.com, or send a suggestion through the form, we hold your message and your email address for as long as it takes to deal with what you raised, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. We use it to act on what you said and to reply to you, and nothing else. We do not add you to any list and we do not sell or pass it to anyone.
Our lawful basis is legitimate interest: running the centre and answering the people who use it. If you would rather we deleted your message, ask and we will.
Who handles the form
This website is hosted by Netlify, and form submissions are received and stored by them on our behalf before they reach us. Netlify acts as a data processor under our instructions. Their privacy policy explains what they do with it. The form sets no cookies and uses no captcha, so nothing is stored on your device by filling it in.
Links to other places
The directory links out to businesses' own websites and social media pages, and the centre links to its Facebook page. Once you follow one of those links you are on someone else's site, under their privacy policy, not ours. Facebook in particular will collect data about you. That is between you and Facebook.
Your rights
Under the UK and EU General Data Protection Regulation, and Spain's Ley Orgánica 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy of it.
Given that the website collects nothing, in practice this will only ever apply to an email you have sent us. Ask at flamencabeachcc@gmail.com and we will respond within one month.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle it, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, at aepd.es.
Business information on this site
The directory lists businesses trading at the centre, with their opening hours and published contact details. This is business contact information, published so that customers can find them.
If you run a business here and want your listing corrected, changed or removed, email flamencabeachcc@gmail.com and we will do it.
Changes
If this site starts collecting anything, this page will be updated before that happens, and the date at the top will change.
